Midyear Workshop Meeting at EWASS

The midyear workshop was held at the European Week of Astronomy and Space Science (EWASS) conference at the University of Hertfordshire on the 23^rd April 2009. RoPACS network members and visiting scientists gathered to discuss the scientific developments that have occurred since the initiation of the network.

The aim of the meeting was to cover the following points:

• Review the scientific progress being made within the RoPACS network
• Discuss research being carried out by new network members
• Discuss the status of future facilities that will benefit the RoPACS network
• Outline the development plans for the RoPACS website
