Venue
The meeting will take place in room LC108, in the main building of the College Lane campus at the University of Hertfordshire. A map showing the location of the campus can be found here On arriving at the campus it is best to go to Main Reception and then follow signs to LC108. A map of the campus is available here
Getting to Hatfield
The nearest major international airport is London Heathrow, which is a 45 minute taxi ride from the university. London Luton airport and London Stansted airport are also within 30-60 minutes by road, and may be good options for those flying from mainland Europe or Scotland.
Hatfield railway station is 1.5 miles from the campus and connects to London King's Cross station (in central London) in about 25 minutes. It is less convenient for Heathrow airport however. University Unobuses connect the Hatfield station to the College lane campus every 15-20 minutes.
For those travelling by road, the university is adjacent to the A1(M). The location within England may be seen by typing "Hatfield, Hertfordshire" into Google Maps UK. If you are commuting by car each day, please let us know so that we can arrange a parking space on campus for you.
