2nd Midyear Workshop
The 2nd midyear workshop was held at the Max-Planck Institute for Extraterrestrial Physics, Garching, between the 10th and 12th May 2010.
The aim of the meeting was to cover the following points:

Travel Information - arriving by plane at Munich Airport
There is a fast connection (36min) via public trasportation from the airport to Garching which is available always 4 minutes after a full hour (e.g. 4:04pm, 5:04pm, ect.). First you take the S-Bahn line S8 into direction "Herrsching", "Wessling" or "Gilching-Argelsried". After 3 stops you change at station "Ismaning" to Regionalbus 230 to Garching. You have 12min to change.
The last connection is at 0:04am in the night.
You will need to buy a one-way ticket at the airport (3 zones) which costs € 7.20. At the machine, press '3' in the Einzelfahrschein column.
