The Centre for Astrophysics Research (CAR) carries out research on a range of key science questions in astronomy. Research programmes include observations covering wavelengths
from X-ray through to the radio, extensive computer modelling, theoretical studies and instrument development. |
A number of projects are jointly supported by CAR and the Centre for Atmospheric and Instrumentation Research (CAIR), based on their
shared strengths in light scattering and instrumentation.
